He has held key roles at leading companies including MillerCoors, Goodyear, Hexion, and BASF, where he consistently drove measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost savings.

Throughout his career, Anish has led successful initiatives that have saved millions of dollars by improving process reliability, reducing waste, and strengthening quality systems. At Hexion, he was recognized with the Change Leadership Award for leading high-impact transformation projects. He has managed cross-functional and global teams, delivered complex projects on time, and overseen both quality operations and laboratory functions.

Anish is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds several credentials from the American Society for Quality, including Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor. He is also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, with additional certifications in ISO 14001, API Q1, HACCP, and SQF. His deep understanding of standards and systems allows him to guide companies through audits, compliance, and long-term improvements.
